Belt technology
The EOX Rebuild powertrain is a state-of-the-art belt drive made in Germany. The machine features a very compact design and gearless and frequency-controlled operation.
Controller in door jamb
The ultra-compact controller is integrated into the door jamb for easy access, requiring no extra construction works. If needed, it can also be housed in an external slim cabinet away from the shaft.
Safe and code-compliant
EOX is manufactured at our TKE production sites in Europe to meet all industry standards and regulations, such as EN 81-20/50, EN 81-21 and EN 81-70 A1.
Built-in flexibility to adapt to your building
Flexible cabin dimensions
With EOX Rebuild, every centimetre of available space in the existing shaft is used, because it doesn’t just offer a range of fixed cabin sizes. It also allows for their flexible adjustment in 10 mm steps, which often leads to the case that an EOX Rebuild replacement lift can offer a larger cabin than the outgoing unit.
Flexible door positioning
Avoid unwanted construction work that creates lots of dust and noise in your building’s public areas, with this crucial feature of EOX Rebuild: The standard position of the door opening in the cabin is adjustable in 1 mm steps, to precisely match the existing openings of your lift shaft at the landings.
Options that can change the game
Extra-reduced shaft head
EOX Rebuild does not require a machine room or any extra space for components outside the elevator shaft: Its compact belt drive and frequency inverter are installed in the shaft head, the ultra-slim controller is integrated in the door jamb. With the optional extra-reduced shaft head, that reduces the required height at the top landing to as little as 2.500 mm, EOX Rebuild is a guaranteed fit.
Single-phase power supply
To reduce wiring efforts in the course of a renovation EOX Rebuild is available with a 230V monophasic power supply instead of the traditional 400V configuration that most modern elevators come with. This readily available option does not depend on additional batteries or electrical renovation in the building. This option is available for up to 630 kg at 1.0 m/s.
Energy-efficient and manufactured sustainably
 Energy-saving featuresIn addition to the included VVVF regenerative drive, EOX Rebuild features 100% LED lighting in the cabin and the shaft, and a Standby-mode that saves energy by automatically switching off components when the elevator is idle.  Energy consumption reportEOX Rebuild owners can compile a real-life energy report via the online customer portal, showing the actual energy consumption as well as the recuperated electricity that has been fed back to the building grid via the regenerative drive. Certified Cybersecurity
The EOX platform has been certified to the new Cybersecurity standard IEC 62443 / ISO 8102-20, which is crucial for maintaining the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure as well as ensuring operational continuity of elevators. The certificate means that EOX Rebuild meets the latest standards for protection against unauthorised access to the lift controller and cyber-attacks.
Intelligent sensors
EOX Rebuild includes new intelligent sensors for improved safety and reliability, such as an in-cabin optical sensor and an accelerometer, which is used to monitor the motion behaviour of the cabin and the doors.
Integrated digital hardware
Native cloud connectivity and a built-in high-performance, IoT-enabled and AI-capable computing unit make EOX Rebuild ready for current and future digital add-ons and services.
