The foundations of TK Elevator’s Universal Service are our comprehensive service networks in more than 100 countries, and our highly skilled workforce – with the unique addition that every local TKE technician is backed 24/7 by a global network of dedicated multi-brand service experts. We have institutionalised third-party maintenance more than 25 years ago with our internal competence network “International Technical Services”.
ITS guarantees that our regional branches and service engineers are always 100% capable of fully servicing any brand of lift or escalator as if it were a TK Elevator product. In fact, in most European countries more than 50% of the lifts, escalators and moving walks our company Services have not been initially manufactured by TK Elevator.

More than 25 years ago we laid the foundation for our multi-brand competence by establishing ITS. International Technical Services is our global internal expert network, dedicated to providing know-how and tools for third-party lifts and escalators to your local TKE service technician.
Real-time expert support
The mission of all ITS engineers is to support their fellow lift experts working on customers’ elevators, escalators and moving walks. Real-time assistance from ITS is available to all TKE technicians via phone, video call or even in person to solve problems together with all available resources.
Training & diagnostic tools
ITS provides in-person training on realistic controller simulators as well as e-learning video courses to TKE service technicians. They create maintenance and repair manuals, together with proprietary diagnostic tools for TKE technicians that connect to almost any lift or escalator controller.
Spare parts and repairs
Refurbished electronic spare parts are stocked by ITS and immediately available for exchange, so you don’t have to wait for your original item to be repaired. This has shortened repair times for countless lift and escalator owners who were otherwise looking at a long “out of service” periods.
