Our Add-on IoT API gives you access to your elevator data for use in your BMS. This way, you use only one system but still have the power of our cloud data at your disposal.
Add-on Service
The Add-on Service API channels service records and contract data from the Customer Portal directly into your Building Management System. It streamlines service management, saves time on documentation, and removes the need for a second login.
Work Order Management
The WOM API integrates TK Elevator ticketing directly into your Building Management System. Staff can report malfunctions faster, enabling quicker troubleshooting and less downtime. It also reduces documentation and improves facility management.
Connectivity
The Connectivity API links real-time elevator and escalator status to external systems to Google Maps. This creates added benefits for tenants and users, including easier navigation, greater convenience, and an enhanced passenger experience.
Touchless
The Touchless API integrates remote elevator control into your building’s mobile app. Passengers gain convenience and safety by avoiding high-touch surfaces, while your app becomes part of their daily commute and a channel for communicaiton. It also enables integration with systems like driverless transport or robots, shaping the future if mobility.
